Job summary

Clayco seeks a Senior Procore Support Engineer to join a Chicago-based centralized Procore team. You will governance- admin and oversee enterprise Procore across multiple instances, collaborating with project teams and leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Procore or PMIS experience, strong governance, and ability to translate business needs into platform configurations. This role offers growth as Clayco expands its Procore footprint.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (5+ years) administering enterprise SaaS platforms, especially Procore.
• Experience enforcing governance across multi-entity software environments.
• Knowledge of API/data mapping and systems integration concepts.
• Strong construction management knowledge and project financial workflows.
• Ability to work independently on complex cross-functional problems.

Responsibilities

• Administer Procore governance standards across all instances.
• Lead day-to-day configuration decisions and rollout execution for prioritized initiatives.
• Provide senior-level administration of Procore including user permissions and integrations.
• Analyze integration variance data and surface findings to leadership.
• Act as senior escalation point for end-user support and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices and workflows.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and SOPs for enterprise use.
• Partner with leaders to translate business requirements into Procore config.
• Support QA and governance checks across all instances.
• Evaluate new Procore features and plan testing/rollout with leadership.
