Job summary

Cumming Gallagher seeks a strategic Procore Administrator to join our enterprise technology leadership team. This role emphasizes onboarding new projects and scaling Procore with new features while aligning with enterprise goals from our Texas operations.

You will deliver tailored training and ongoing support to project teams, oversee platform configuration and integrations, and promote standardized processes to improve efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Procore Certification or demonstrated equivalent expertise.
2–3 years of construction project management or related experience.

Responsibilities

Ownership of global operations with primary ownership of projects within Texas.
Setup and configuration of new projects; tailor Procore tools and workflows.
Integrate Procore with other enterprise systems as needed.
Provide responsive technical support and training to Procore users.
Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and enablement materials.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and plan release rollouts.
Maintain enterprise standards, naming conventions, permissions, templates, and workflows.
Identify process improvements and drive higher system adoption.
Ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and secure access control.
