Job summary

Cumming Gallagher is seeking a strategic Procore Administrator to join our enterprise technology leadership team. This role focuses on onboarding new projects, scaling the platform, and delivering training and support to project teams while aligning with our enterprise goals.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Procore experience, a background in construction project delivery, and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Procore certification preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years in construction project management.
Experience configuring enterprise software integrations.
Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with training and user guidance.

Responsibilities

Own setup and configuration of new projects in Procore.
Provide technical support and user training.
Monitor performance and manage releases.
Maintain data integrity and security.
Create custom reports and analytics.
Drive platform adoption and best practices.
