Job summary

Silo Ridge Field Club, located in Amenia, New York, is seeking a ProCore Administrator to join the Construction and Development Department. You will help implement Procore, train staff, and ensure data integrity across projects.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, onboarding, monthly data reviews, and coordinating permit packages, contracts, and project closeouts. A Bachelor’s degree or related experience is required, and ProCore certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related field required.
• ProCore Certification is desired.
• Experience handling shifting priorities and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing Procore software functions, workflows and customization.
• Support training programs and improve existing programs.
• Plan and deliver staff development trainings, including webinars and in-person sessions.
• Develop training documents and workflows for team use.
• Identify teams needing additional support and training.
• Onboard new team members and provide initial training.
• Perform monthly project reviews to ensure data quality and retrain as needed.
• Stay current with software updates and program revisions.
• Maintain reports of irregularities and UI errors with feedback.
• Record meeting minutes and prepare presentations for reporting.
• Prepare and submit permit packages to town authorities.
• Prepare and process contracts and proposals using DocuSign.
• Coordinate onboarding and project closeout procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
