GOODWILL SOUTH FLORIDA TEP LLC is seeking a Processing Lead to assist the Supervisor Processing and Senior Assistant Manager in store operations, personnel management, and financial performance. You will train staff, ensure production goals are met, and help maximize sales through efficient processing and merchandise rotation.

Responsibilities include generating store reports, maintaining records, and upholding safety and loss prevention procedures.

Formación

• Minimum of one year's work experience in an operations background.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Proficient in the English language, both oral and written. Bilingual preferred, Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage store operations and personnel to meet production and sales goals.
• Oversee collections processing, sorting, pricing, and Kaizen-based improvements.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly store reports; maintain accurate records.
• Train and cross-train staff to ensure efficient store functions.
• Maintain a clean, safe processing area and enforce safety procedures.
• Assist in recruiting, discipline, and HR-related tasks; ensure policy compliance.
