Unilever Jonesboro is hiring a Processing Lead to own 24-hour planning and readiness for Pre-Weigh operations. You will lead 13–17 Technicians across three shifts, ensuring weighed ingredients, correct quantities, and proper documentation so batches meet fill schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to plan 24–hour readiness, and close coordination with Compounding Leads to prevent downtime and maintain FEFO accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Pre-Weigh or manufacturing experience preferred; forklift certification recommended.
• Working knowledge of SAP, inventory and FEFO controls, batch documentation, staged-material flow, and Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• 24-hour planning and coordination of production schedule.
• Lead 13–17 Pre-Weigh Technicians across three shifts.
• Ensure ingredients are weighed, quantities verified, containers labeled, and paperwork completed.
• Escalate shortages, schedule conflicts, or equipment issues early to prevent downtime.
