Job summary

Impleo is seeking a Blending Lead to supervise and coordinate activities in the blending department within a fast-paced food processing facility. You will manually blend liquid and powder ingredients at a high rate of speed while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include maintaining GMP/SSOP compliance, operating scales and CIP/COP processes, documenting batch data accurately, and leading shift personnel to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification required.
• 2+ years in food processing preferred.
• Ability to calculate blends and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise blending operations and staff during shift.
• Weigh ingredients, calculate blends, and verify batch documents.
• Operate scales, pumps, CIP/COP equipment and monitor process conditions.
• Ensure GMP, PPE, SSOPs and food safety protocols are followed.
• Record batch data accurately and maintain clean work area.
• Troubleshoot equipment and communicate issues across shifts.
