Job summary

nVent is seeking a dynamic Global Integrated Supply Chain Manufacturing Leader to shape the global manufacturing strategy for its Engineered Building Solutions (EBS) team. You will determine where to build and manufacture products across multiple markets, aligning with growth objectives and supply chain resilience.

The role demands a visionary leader with deep expertise in operations, lean transformation, and advanced manufacturing technologies, including automation and AI.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in operations, supply chain transformation, or plant leadership.
• 3+ years project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean Methodologies.
• Knowledge of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, and AI.
• Ability to lead with analytics, innovation, and judgment.
• Influence and inspire operations to achieve results and build a strong culture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global manufacturing strategy.
• Identify optimal locations for manufacturing facilities considering cost, logistics, and risk.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, procurement, logistics and finance.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions.
• Champion Lean maturity across the enterprise.
• Provide servant-minded leadership and mentorship to build a strong talent bench.
