Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC in Oro Valley, AZ seeks a Business Process Manager to drive lean methodologies across PHCS processes and partner with the leadership team to institutionalize continuous improvement and act as a role model for change.

You will map end-to-end processes, lead LEAN or Six Sigma transformations, train stakeholders, deliver cost savings and efficiency gains, and empower teams to sustain a culture of innovation and measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
• 7+ years of experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement programs

Responsibilities

• Develop & drive BPM strategy including process mapping and change management for process improvement.
• Establish and communicate the BPM vision, providing strategic direction to drive LEAN or Six Sigma improvements.
• Deliver sustainable change by focusing on strategic priorities to maximize value.
• Lead and drive large LEAN or Six Sigma business transformations.
• Upskill internal teams to create sustainable capability and promote a culture of innovation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and serve as champion for change.
• Identify end-to-end improvement opportunities and design processes that maximize value for customer service and performance.
• Build capabilities to improve processes, drive efficiencies and financial returns.
• Design innovative solutions to improve financial and service delivery performance and guest satisfaction.
• Assess performance, determine root causes, and remove barriers to achieve goals.
• Maintain relationships with Leadership Community to drive support and transparency.
• Work cross-functionally with leaders to deliver improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance on process improvement across the organization.
• Drive data-driven decisions and communicate progress and outcomes.
