Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Strategy and Transformation consultant to help clients innovate by designing new business models and operating structures. You’ll quantify value, build roadmaps, and apply AI-enabled opportunities across strategy, technology, data, and design.

You will work on improving core enterprise processes using process mining, analytics, and intelligent automation, leveraging GenAI as an accelerant in practical transformation for client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Celonis, UiPath, SAP Signavio (or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
• Lean six sigma certification preferred.
• Exposure to core enterprise processes (O2C, P2P, AR/AP) is a plus.
• Clear communicator; strong collaboration in client environments.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support process mining and process discovery initiatives (data prep, analysis, insights).
• Build performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, trend analysis) to quantify impact.
• Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value.
• Support workshops and synthesis into clear recommendations.
• Track emerging GenAI/automation trends and translate into applicable use cases.
