Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Strategy and Transformation consultant to help clients innovate by designing new business and operating models, using AI-enabled analytics and automation.

You will work across domains, applying process mining, analytics, and intelligent automation to quantify value and build roadmaps for improvement, often leveraging GenAI as an accelerant rather than a gimmick.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with tools like Celonis, UiPath, SAP Signavio (or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
• Lean six sigma certification preferred.
• Exposure to core enterprise processes (O2C, P2P, AR/AP) is a plus.
• Clear communicator; strong collaboration in client environments.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support process mining and process discovery initiatives (data prep, analysis, insights).
• Build performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, trend analysis) to quantify impact.
• Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value.
• Support workshops and synthesis into clear recommendations.
• Track emerging GenAI/automation trends and translate into applicable use cases.
