Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a consultant to help clients improve core enterprise processes using process mining, analytics, and intelligent automation. This role focuses on practical transformation, quantifying value, and building roadmaps for improvement—with GenAI as an accelerant.

You will collaborate across strategy, tech, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, applying responsible AI principles while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Celonis, UiPath, SAP Signavio (or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
• Exposure to core enterprise processes (O2C, P2P, AR/AP) is a plus.
• Clear communicator with strong collaboration in client environments.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support process mining and process discovery initiatives (data prep, analysis, insights).
• Build performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, trend analysis) to quantify impact.
• Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value.
• Support workshops and synthesis into clear recommendations.
• Track emerging GenAI/automation trends and translate into applicable use cases.
