Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking senior consultants to lead diagnostics and automation workstreams that translate operational pain into actionable plans with credible value cases. Expect to drive decision-making and leverage GenAI as an accelerant, not a gimmick, in an AI-enabled transformation agenda.

You will collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design to deliver enterprise-scale improvements, while mentoring juniors and ensuring high-quality outputs across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in process transformation, automation, or business transformation consulting
• Hands-on exposure to process mining/automation tools and methods
• Strong advisory skills; can influence stakeholders and drive decisions
• Experience with TOM, controls, or governance is a plus
• Executive-ready communication and strong client presence

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility
• Facilitate workshops, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables
