Qualifications

• 2–5 years in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset and data comfort.
• Experience with AI-enabled transformation and enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support process mining and discovery initiatives (data prep, analysis, insights).
• Build performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards) to quantify impact.
• Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value.
• Support workshops and synthesis into clear recommendations.
• Track GenAI/automation trends and translate into use cases.
