Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking Strategy and Transformation consultants to help clients innovate with AI-enabled strategies, services, and products. You’ll design new operating models and quantify value using data and analytics.

Join our AI-driven Enterprise Transformation team to apply GenAI responsibly, drive measurable outcomes, and deliver practical transformation through AI, automation, and analytics in complex environments.

Qualifications

2–5 years in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis.
Familiarity with Celonis, UiPath, SAP Signavio (or similar).
Strong analytical mindset and data proficiency.
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
Exposure to core enterprise processes (O2C, P2P, AR/AP) is a plus.
Clear communicator; strong collaboration in client environments.

Responsibilities

Document workflows and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
Support process mining and discovery initiatives (data prep, analysis, insights).
Build performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, trend analysis).
Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value.
Support workshops and synthesis into clear recommendations.
Track GenAI/automation trends and translate into use cases.
