Job summary

CSL Behring in the United States seeks a Process Technology Lead to head the site Process Engineering team, delivering CAPEX and OPEX projects and coordinating internal and contract resources. You will ensure process safety, cGMP compliance, and scalable plant capability to meet production demands.

You will mentor staff, manage cross-functional teams across cultures and geographies, and align site activities with global strategies while driving continuous improvement and enterprise value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Process Engineering in Pharmaceutical, Chemical Manufacturing or similar.
• Strong communications and stakeholder influence across levels.
• Experience managing best-practice frameworks in an operations context.
• 5+ years in a global matrix organization and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads multi-disciplinary project teams through lifecycle to deliver capacity expansion.
• Develops Process Automation Strategy and aligns instrumentation/alarms with standards.
• Ensures cGMP compliant processes and facilities for regulatory approval.
• Oversees project lifecycle activities and turnover to production.
• Manages reports for senior site management and global steering committees.
