Job summary

CSL in the United States (Illinois) seeks a Process Technology Lead to guide the Process Engineering site team in delivering capacity expansion and facility qualification to meet production demands.

You will coordinate internal and external resources, align instrumentation and automation with Quality by Design, and ensure compliance with FDA and global regulations. Strong leadership and global project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in Engineering/Science required.
• Advanced degree in Engineering/Science or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in Process Engineering in pharma/chemical manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a global matrix organization.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads multi-disciplinary project teams throughout lifecycle to expand capacity.
• Develops Process Automation Strategy coordinating with Execution Systems team.
• Ensure cGMP compliant processes for FDA/global approvals.
• Oversee project lifecycles from scope to turnover to production.
• Provide regular project reports to senior site management.
