Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Process Technology Lead to head the Process Engineering site team, guiding CAPEX and OPEX projects and coordinating internal and contract resources to meet production throughput. This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional coordination across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Process Engineering in Pharmaceutical, Chemical Manufacturing or similar industry.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement development & execution.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing, organizing and deploying best practice frameworks in an Operations context.
• 5+ years in a global matrix organization and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads multi-disciplinary project teams through life cycle activities to deliver capacity expansion.
• Develops Process Automation Strategy and aligns instrumentation/alarms with standards and Quality by Design.
• Responsible for cGMP compliant processes and facilities suitable for FDA and global approvals.
• Oversees project reports (financial updates, schedules, risks) for senior site management.
• Oversees turnover to routine commercial production and staffing for projects.
