Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking an MS&T Engineer to support day-to-day process engineering and scientific activities for site and project execution. You will work closely with local value stream leads and engineering leads to implement technical process solutions and drive improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, 7+ years in pharma/biotech operations, and experience with regulated environments. Mentoring and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience in pharmaceutical/biotech ops or similar industry.
• Experience in regulated environments (cGMP/OSHA/EPA) and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex site-level or global projects to drive process changes and capital programs.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to implement process solutions.
• Serve as SME for process technologies and mentor site personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with regulatory commitments and KPIs.
