Job summary

CSL seeks a Process Technology Lead to head the Process Engineering site team, delivering CAPEX and OPEX projects and coordinating internal and external support to meet site throughput. The role collaborates with Process Technology Leads at other sites and reports to the Site Head of Process Engineering.

The position requires 8+ years in process engineering in pharma/chemical sectors, strong leadership, and a track record in managing global, cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Process Engineering in Pharmaceutical, Chemical industries or similar.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural, and international teams.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience deploying enterprise-aligned best practice frameworks, processes, tools and templates in an Operations context.

Responsibilities

• Leads multi-disciplinary project teams through life cycle activities to deliver capacity expansion.
• Develops Process Automation Strategy aligning instrumentation, automation, and alarm strategies with industry standards.
• Provides cGMP compliant processes and facilities suitable for FDA and global regulatory approval.
• Oversees project reports (financial updates, schedules, risks) for senior site management and Global Steering Committees.
