Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; AA Technical degree preferred.
4+ yrs of technician experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions in English.
Ability to use a microscope; PPE required in some functions.

Responsibilities

Monitors and documents operation of machines in a production environment; reports inconsistencies and suggests improvements.
Troubleshoots complex equipment; may work with facilities or vendors for repair or modification.
May run engineering tests and perform periodic calibration checks.
May train other staff and lead projects; maintains safety and quality standards.
