Howmet Aerospace in Dover, New Jersey is seeking a Process Team Control Operator for the 3rd shift in the Dover Alloy plant. The role reports to the production team and involves monitoring processes, operating equipment, and ensuring final product quality.

Starting hourly rate is $25.66 with a step to $28.31 after 12 months; full-time, on-site with benefits including paid vacation, holidays, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and other programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Dover NJ will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Finish bar stock to meet customer specification.
• Crop, cut out defects, surface grind to produce ingots with proper surface finish, size, and composition.
• Operate Innovex detector and perform simple operations on CRT.
• Pack ingots for shipment to customer and reweigh shipments.
• Update computer systems as needed; ensure shipments meet customer requirements.
