Howmet Aerospace Dover is seeking a Process Team Member for the Dover Alloy group in Dover, New Jersey. The role oversees daily manufacturing operations, trains and assists operators, and schedules labor while leading continuous improvement projects to boost productivity and quality.

This Weekend Night shift runs 12.5 hours starting Friday 6 PM, Saturday 6 PM, and Sunday 6 PM. New Hire Hourly Rate starts at $21.58 with after 12 months at $23.92, plus a broad benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Schedule department workload and labor.
• Coordinate with Production Planner to meet customer schedules.
• Lead change initiatives for process improvements.
• Support quality and cost improvement programs.
• Ensure NES/hourly reports and training completion.
• Participate in safety and training programs.
