Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Monoshell Operator I (3rd Shift) for our Dover, NJ site. The role involves monitoring a dipping robot, performing coat processes, and ensuring quality standards are met during molding operations.

Starting hourly rate is $25.66 with scheduled progression to $28.31 after 12 months. Shift is Sunday night through Thursday night, with training on the first shift. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K matching, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• No relocation benefit is offered; candidates living within 50 miles of Dover, NJ will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Monitors operation of the dipping robot.
• Operates teach/controls for robot movements beyond programmed instructions.
• Maintains dip viscosity, weight, and temperature for coat quality.
• Monitors temperature and humidity charts and reports discrepancies.
• Performs face coat, secondary, and backup dipping on molds per instructions.
• Records dips manufactured, type, dates, times, and lot numbers.
