Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Dover, NJ is seeking a Process Team Control Operator to join the Howmet Alloy plant. The role supports the process team in inspecting and finishing components, ensuring final products meet spec and quality standards.

The position operates on the Afternoon Shift (10 PM–6:30 AM) with initial training 6 AM–2:30 PM for several weeks. Starting pay is $25.66 per hour, rising to $28.31 after 12 months, plus a shift premium on off shifts and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of Dover, NJ will be considered.
• Able to work night and weekend hours with limited notice.

Responsibilities

• Finish bar stock to meet customer specifications.
• Crop and surface grind to remove defects and ensure proper size and finish.
• Operate Innovex detector and CRT as required.
• Perform Team Member duties and pack ingots for shipment.
• Update computer systems and monitor shipments for compliance.
