Howmet Aerospace is recruiting a Process Team Member for the Dover Alloy group in Dover, New Jersey. The role covers supervision of daily manufacturing operations during weekend night shifts (12.5 hours, starting Friday 6 PM, Saturday 6 PM, Sunday 6 PM).

Starting hourly rate is $21.58 with a raise to $23.92 after 12 months. Benefits include vacation, holidays, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, life insurance, EAP, tuition assistance, fitness center, and shift premium.

Responsibilities

• Schedule department work and coordinate with Production Planner.
• Lead and train operators on shift; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement cost/quality improvements.
• Ensure NES/hourly reports and NTJ requirements are met.
• Communicate safety, quality, and productivity concerns to supervision.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer schedules.
