Job summary

Mediacom Communications in Florida is seeking a Process Support Representative I to back-end support for e-Commerce processes. This is a non-selling role; sales calls are redirected to sales.

You will investigate orders, contact customers, process payments, verify serviceability using billing system, USPS, and Maps, and prepare addresses for transactional sales. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use a PC with multiple applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with high energy.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls in a non-selling environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve orders flagged with issues in e-Commerce.
• Place outbound calls to gauge customer satisfaction and escalate as needed.
• Process customer payments.
• Research serviceability of addresses using billing system, USPS, and Google Maps; submit tickets to prepare addresses for sales.
• Screen potential sales leads for serviceability before handing to sales teams.
• Research accounts to update installation status for reports and invoices.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and other account management tasks in a non-selling role.
