Mediacom Communications is hiring for a Process Support Representative I to back-end support for company processes and our e-Commerce site. This is a non-selling position where sales calls are referred to a sales representative.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use a PC with multiple applications simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to new work methods and daily workload.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve orders flagged with possible issues in e-Commerce.
• Place outbound calls to existing customers to gauge satisfaction and escalate issues.
• Process customer payments.
• Research address serviceability and submit tickets to prepare addresses for sales activity.
• Screen potential sales leads for serviceability before handing off to sales teams.
• Update installation status of accounts for reports and invoices.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and non-selling account management tasks.
