Qualifications

• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-visibility customer support during on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service of complex equipment.
• Collaborate with customers to develop leading-edge processes for semiconductor chip manufacturing.
• Create hypothesis experiments and DOEs; analyze data and compile high-level reports.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analyses, and mentor junior colleagues.
