Overview

We are seeking to add a Process Specialist to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Enter variety of data using current technology.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
• Review and enter data updates in the systems.
• Review discrepancies in data received.
• Provide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co‑workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email.
• Perform other duties as required (i.e., printing and scanning documents, proofing documents, etc.).
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
• Serve as backup in a team member’s absence and assist other teams when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, data entry or other related fields.
