Job summary

A data management company in Lombard, Illinois is seeking a detail-oriented Process Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining records, and supporting daily administrative operations. This is a full-time position with Mondays to Fridays work schedule.

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining records, and supporting daily administrative operations.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data using internal systems
• Prepare, organize, and review documents for data entry
• Maintain logs and records for tracking purposes
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members via phone, email, and in person
• Perform administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and document review
• Provide support across teams as needed and serve as backup when required
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions

Requirements
