Job summary

ProVest LLC is seeking private process servers in the Fayette County area of West Virginia. This is a 1099 independent contractor role requiring WV residency and the ability to complete multiple service attempts with GPS-documented proof using ProVest's PVLS and PSO Mobile apps.

Responsibilities include serving documents in assigned areas, managing assignments, planning routes, and returning reports on time.

Qualifications

• WV residency (preferred near Fayette County)
• Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignment
• Document all attempts with GPS photos via ProVest mobile app
• Visit local courthouses to pick up and email documents when requested
• Reliable transportation, valid license, and auto insurance
• Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• ProVest mobile apps used for documentation and reporting

Job Description

Job Opportunity: Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor)

ProVest, one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in West Virginia(WV).

Applicants must reside in West Virginia, preferably near Fayette County.

Requirements

• West Virginia residency (near listed county preferred)
• Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignments.
• All attempts must be completed on different days and properly documented through the ProVest mobile app with GPS-enabled photographs
• Willingness and ability to visit local courthouses to pick up filed documents and email them back to ProVest when requested
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting
