ProVest LLC is seeking a Court-appointed Private Process Server to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Forsyth, GA & surrounding counties.

Position Overview

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judge-signed court appointments in legal document delivery.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts, up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.).
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email).
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion.
• Utilize ProVest’s mobile applications to upload photo evidence of addresses, submit detailed attempt notes, and record service or non-service outcomes.

• Active auto insurance.
• Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.
