Responsibilities

What We Expect

We rely on our process servers to make diligent and reasonable efforts to complete each assignment. This includes making timely attempts, documenting each attempt accurately, and providing detailed notes and affidavits.

Requirements

• Previous process serving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and required insurance.
• Smartphone with the ability to use mobile applications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments effectively.
• Availability to make attempts at various times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed.
• Ability to travel within your assigned coverage area.
• Ability to follow client, court, and company service requirements.
