Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks a hands-on PSM professional to join its EHS-focused team in the United States. The role will drive the implementation of the company’s PSM program (approximately six months) and then transition to a 50% PSM and 50% EHS focus across locations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of process safety experience and a Bachelor’s degree in environmental, safety, or engineering disciplines, with willingness to work in the northeast or southeast Wisconsin area as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the company's PSM program (approx. 6 months to completion).
• After completion, split focus 50% PSM and 50% EHS across locations.
• Ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations; champion a culture of process safety.
