Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience and a Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, or engineering fields.
• Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates preferred.
• Hands-on, collaborative PSM professional reporting to the Director of EHS.

Responsibilities

• Implement the PSM program for the company (approximately 6 months to completion).
• Transition to a role with 50% PSM and 50% EHS after completion.
• Ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Champion culture of process safety excellence; lead the 14 elements of PSM.
