Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a hands-on EHS professional with 3+ years of process safety experience and a Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, or a related field. This role targets stateside candidates in the northeast or southeast Wisconsin area only, with a plan to implement the company's PSM program within about six months.

After completion, the role will transition to a balanced split of responsibilities: roughly 50% PSM and 50% broader EHS activities, reporting directly

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, or related field.
• Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the PSM program for the company (approximately 6 months).
• Transition to a 50% PSM and 50% EHS role post-implementation.
• Ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations; lead the 14 elements of PSM.
