Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a hands-on PSM professional to lead the implementation of the company’s PSM program and then split time between PSM (50%) and EHS (50%). The role reports to the Director of EHS, and will ensure compliance with PSM across locations while reading drawings and procedures to lead all 14 elements of PSM.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years of process safety experience and a Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, or engineering.

Job description

Must have 3+ years of process safety experience along with a Bachelors degree in environmental, safety, engineering, etc. Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only at this time.

Seeking an engaged, hands‑on and collaborative PSM professional that will be a member of the corporate EHS department and will report directly to the Director of EHS. This role will complete the implementation of their PSM program for the company (approximately (6) months to completion) and then the role will transition to (50%) PSM and (50%) EHS.

• This position will ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations within all locations of the company.
