DEKRA North America, Inc. seeks a General Manager for the Princeton Process Safety Laboratory to lead site safety culture, develop leaders, and drive profitable growth.

You will oversee P&L, capital planning, and customer-facing operations, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and shared services to deliver high-quality safety testing and services. The role requires managing a multidisciplinary team, ensuring accreditation and regulatory compliance, and translating market demand into scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical/ mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in process safety testing, laboratory operations, or closely related environment.
• Experience leading operations or laboratories with P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Own the Princeton site P&L, annual operating plan, forecasts, capital priorities, and performance against revenue, margin, and budget.
• Lead site growth by connecting market opportunities, pricing, capacity, staffing, and investment decisions.
• Provide on-site leadership for daily laboratory operations with clear ownership and escalation paths.
• Establish and monitor operating metrics including safety, quality, turnaround time, and capacity.
