Job summary

ADM is looking for a Process Safety Engineer based in the Marshall Corn Plant in Minnesota. The role focuses on leading the implementation of the Process Safety Management program across multiple facilities. Responsibilities include establishing a safety culture, monitoring PSM performance, and conducting safety audits.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemical Engineering, at least 5 years of PSM experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PSM experience in a chemical manufacturing or agricultural processing facility.
• Robust experience in applying the 14 elements of PSM.
• Must be able to work effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Establish a safety culture across the facility.
• Monitor and report PSM performance and advise management.
• Provide Process Safety training to plant leadership.
