• Experience leading process safety initiatives in a PSM-regulated operation.
• Strong ability to perform risk assessments and lead PHAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide process safety influential leadership for the site and drive compliance.
• Lead risk assessments and PHAs to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Coach and mentor employees to embed process safety as an operating discipline.
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage P&IDs, PFDs, and process safety information for the site.
• Review equipment design and safeguarding specifications for safety.
