Godshall Recruiting in Gainesville, FL is seeking a safety professional to lead OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs and to drive a strong process safety culture across multiple teams. This direct-hire role focuses on reducing risk and ensuring compliance within a global company.

Responsibilities include facilitating PHAs/LOPA, coordinating cross-functional process safety initiatives, identifying and reducing process risks, supporting audits and investigations, and delivering process safety training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of PSM experience.
• Knowledge of PHA, LOPA, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional safety initiatives.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs
• Drive process safety culture and risk awareness
