Qualifications

• 5+ years in process management or technology risk management.

• Bachelor's degree or military experience; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a process management risk advisor to drive value during assessments.
• Research regulatory trends and internal changes to identify risks.
• Lead stakeholders in applying risk management principles per Enterprise frameworks.
• Research emerging risk areas and regulatory impacts on process areas.
• Lead and support project delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and escalate when needed.
• Participate in risk forums and contribute to continuous improvement of practices.
• Present assessment outcomes to senior leadership with clear communication.
• Drive efficiency and process improvements within and across teams.
