Job summary

Capital One is expanding its Enterprise Services Risk Operations (ESRO) team. As a Manager on the Process Risk Optimization (PRO) Team, you will partner with business units to identify and implement risk-mitigating solutions in a fast-paced setting, spanning cyber, cloud, data, and third-party functions.

You will develop subject-matter expertise, lead stakeholder interactions, and deliver clear, impactful assessments to senior leadership while driving efficiency across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience in process management, technology risk management, or project management.
• 5+ years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal or external business clients.
• 1+ year of experience analyzing information security or technology threats and risks.

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of a process management risk advisor and drive value during assessments to reduce risk for Enterprise Services lines of business.
• Research trends in regulatory environment and internal process changes to improve risks.
• Lead stakeholders in applying risk management principles per Enterprise frameworks.
• Lead and support project and program delivery in a fast-paced environment across multiple workstreams.
• Prioritize projects, manage timelines, and escalate when needed.
• Participate in risk and management forums and contribute to continuous improvement of practices.
• Deliver assessment outcomes to senior leadership with strong communication and influence skills.
• Lead initiatives to drive efficiency and process improvements across teams.
