You will mentor technicians, develop SOPs, and partner with engineering and operations to deliver high-quality products. The role requires 7+ years in quality/process engineering, 3+ years leading teams, and experience in battery cell manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of quality and process engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading a team.
• 3+ years in battery cell manufacturing and/or development.
• Strong knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis, and ISO 9001.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (JMP, Minitab, Tableau).
• Experience in Python or R for statistical analysis or automation.

Responsibilities

• Own production-line quality and act as the quality owner.
• Lead investigations using 5Whys, Fishbone, 6-sigma, or DOE methods.
• Deliver weekly quality reports with data visualization.
• Perform Gauge R&R and tolerance analyses.
• Mentor technicians and engineers on root cause analysis.
