ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. seeks a Process Quality Engineer to drive quality across design and manufacturing in North Mankato, MN.

You will analyze data, support ISO audits, and lead quality-improvement initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Operations teams. With a strong QMS foundation (ISO 9001:2015, Six Sigma, Lean) and metrology know-how, you will train teams and implement robust processes, contributing to superior product quality and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a quality engineer.
• Strong foundation in QMS, ISO 9001:2015, Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, and FMEA.
• Experience with problem-solving techniques: 8D, Fishbone, ANOVA, PDCA, DMAIC.
• Metrology knowledge including MSA and inspection tools.
• Ability to train teams on quality systems and best practices.

• Lead initiatives to resolve systemic quality issues and drive sustainable improvements.

Your profile as a Quality Engineer:

• Strong foundation in QMS, ISO 9001:2015, Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, and FMEA.

• Capable of assessing risk and implementing mitigation strategies.
• 2+ years of experience as a quality engineer.
• Experienced in training teams on quality systems and best practices.
• Metrology knowledge, including MSA and appropriate inspection tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.

The expected base compensation for this role is $69,700 - $97,400 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position. This range reflects multiple levels of Engineer positions within the Quality team.
