Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, MIS, Project Management, or closely related field.
• 3+ years' experience in business analysis, process analysis, system design and integration, or similar.
• IIBA CBAP and Six Sigma certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observations and interviews to gather as-is process information.
• Partner with data team to gather quantitative data on processes.
• Lead workshops to document pain points and desired outcomes for optimization.
