Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a Business Solutions Analyst for a long-term contract in South Jersey. The role is on-site two days a week, focusing on analyzing business processes end to end and designing solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

You will bridge business and IT, extract and vet requirements, identify gaps, and work with developers and IT leadership through solution design and implementation. Strong SQL skills and SDLC knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing end-to-end business processes and identifying improvements.
• Strong experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.
• Ability to extract, evaluate, and vet business requirements.
• Experience designing and documenting business or technology solutions.
• Strong SQL experience, including reading and writing queries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes across people, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work directly with business users to understand needs, pain points, and requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased efficiency.
• Design and document functional and technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into solutions that can be implemented by development and IT teams.
• Partner with developers and IT leadership throughout solution design and implementation.
• Participate in application development, automation, testing, and implementation as appropriate.
• Create clear process flows, requirements, functional specifications, and solution documentation.
• Challenge existing processes and recommend more efficient and user-friendly approaches.
