Job summary

Dow is seeking a Process Operator - Represented/Tariff in Texas City, Texas. The role requires operating control systems, monitoring process parameters, and maintaining safe working conditions across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required with one of: an Associate or higher degree and specified science/tech coursework, or 3+ years military technical service, or 5+ years manufacturing Experience.
• Valid US Driver's License and ability to obtain forklift certification on hire.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic control systems to monitor levels, temperatures, pressures and flow rates.
• Transfer products and operate valves and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot process, product quality, safety and environmental issues.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain records.
