Job summary

Dow is seeking a Process Operator - Represented/Tariff in Texas City, TX. You’ll monitor control systems, manage flow and process parameters, and ensure safety while supporting maintenance activities.

The role requires strong technical skills, adaptability, and commitment to environmental stewardship. Rotating shifts with potential overtime, candidates must have appropriate education or experience and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with optioned degree/experience per Dow requirements.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime including weekends/holidays.
• English language proficiency and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic control systems and monitor process variables.
• Lift hoses, operate valves, and isolate equipment safely.
• Follow procedures for safe and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot process, product quality, safety, and environmental issues.
• Coordinate maintenance and identify equipment needing service.
• Train other operators as required and support shift handovers.
